Because our items are custom printed to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please double-check sizing charts on product pages before ordering.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage or printing defect

Once verified, we will process a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method immediately.
